Weather During Stay: We had mixed weather ~ some rainy and some sunny with cool temps around 68*
Phone/TV/Internet: Verizon Mi-fi card worked but was not excellent ~ Both AT&T and Verizon worked, Verizon just a little better ~ we had a tree so no Satellite reception but they had GREAT cable TV.
Elevation/Landscape: The campground had some hilly areas and some sites were unlevel ~ trees were pretty much scattered throughout the park and the landscape was very nice.
Lighting/Noise: Average ~ we had no problems sleeping at night.
Hiking/Walking/Biking: The park is huge so there is a lot of walking or biking throughout the park ~ Also with Acadia National Park just a short ways down the road there are a ton of hiing trails there.
Things to See & Do: Acadia National Park, Cadillac Mountain, Thunder hole, Bar Harbor, Canary Islands, Whale Watching, Boat Tours of the Lighthouses and Mansions, Fishing, Boating,
Rating: (8.5) We enjoyed out time at this park and would have given it a higher rating but site was unlevel and tree was in way of satellite reception however people working here were VERY nice and the park is very clean.
